I just finished my first carton of PecanMilk from Pecana... the taste, texture, and creamyness factor were all over the top delicious. It's almost too thick to use in making my protein smoothie... I've tried it seamed in my milk frotther for coffee and it fluffed up nicely. I have a second carton of the vanilla flavor to try next. I like that has a long refrigerator life.
Pecan milk has a good flavor and went good in my morning coffee. I enjoy having an alternative to dairy and I like the fact that it is unsweetened. The packaging looks nice. I will be glad when it can become available at my local grocery store
